Due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with law-enforcement authorities, regulatory and supervisory authorities, tax authorities in August 2017, several corporate debtors operating in the territory of Tatarstan cleared arrears in payments.

9 August 2017, regular meeting with participation of local employers was yesterday held within the walls of the Employment Centre in Aznakayevo municipal district. The agenda of the meeting included such issues as promotion of disabled employment, implementation of disabled person's individual rehabilitation programmes, accessible environment, employment and labour legislation.

In the frames of Republican Social Project “We can do it together” implemented in social service institutions for children in Tatarstan, regular professional orientation excursion for fosterlings of the social shelter for minors was organized in Zainsk municipal district.

Regular visit to one of the distant villages of Zelenodolsk municipal district – N.Vyazovye village settlement was recently organized by specialists of the Mobile Office of Zelenodolsk Employment Centre.

Regular meeting of social and medical workers was yesterday held within the walls of the Complex Social service Centre in Baltasy municipal district. The meeting gathered 40 social workers and 8 health professionals.

 “Guaranteed job interview” – special employment fair for people out of occupation was recently held in Zainsk Employment Center.

There are 12 800 people registered as unemployed with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan as of 8 August 2017 (94 people less in comparison to showings of the last week). Unemployment level in Tatarstan stands at point of 0,62% of work-force size.

Number of unemployed registered with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan decreased by 20 people over the last week and amounted to 1 037 people out of occupation in the town of Nizhnekamsk.

Several meetings for teachers of village schools of Zainsk municipal district were held last week by specialists of the government employment service. The meetings were aimed at providing professional assistance for those at risk of job losses and unemployment.

Several lessons for children held under slogan “My friend – traffic light” were organized by social workers of the social shelter for minors in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. The event was held in the frames of the Republican Social Project “We can do it together” implemented in social service institutions for children.
