Specialized Employment Fair for people with disabilities searching for a job was organized last week by specialists of the Employment Center in municipal district of Nurlaty.

A round-table meeting coincided with International Day of Disabled Persons was held last week within the walls of the Social Rehabilitation Department of the Complex Social Service Center in Kukmor municipal district.

International Volunteer Day is celebrated worldwide on 5 December , in recognition of the positive solidarity of volunteers around the world who answer calls in times of crisis, helping save lives today and supporting those who want to continue living their lives with dignity tomorrow.

IV Republican Competition “Perl of Tatarstan” among women with disabilities will be held in Kazan on 8 December 2017.

“Pearl of Tatarstan” Regional Non-government Organization of Disabled People will become the organizer of the event that will be held with the assistance of the Republican Charity Council, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Several events coincided with World AIDS Day were held last week by Albina Titova and Elena Krutyakova, specialists in social work of the Complex Social Service Centre in municipal district of Bugulma. The aim of the events was to present information on sexually transmitted infections (STI) and HIV/AIDS prevention and care system.

Exhibition of handicrafts made by people with disabilities – members of hobby club for needlewomen has been opened today in Administration Office of Mendeleyevsk municipal district. The event is coincided with International Day of Disabled Persons. Among participants of the event were clients of the Complex Social Service Centre – senior citizens and people with disabilities that featured in an exhibition more than 50 handicrafts made with their own hands. According to organizers of the exhibition, the aim of the event was to support creativity of senior citizens and encourage going in for a hobby using their free time profitably.

Special event “Kind Hands” coincided with the International Day of Disabled Persons was organized last week by activists of volunteers division of Leninogorsk municipal district in the Complex Social Service Centre.

 “From Heart to Heart” Marathon – a fundraising event organized to attract public attention to problems of families upbringing children with special need and finding sponsors was started in municipal district of Vyisokaya Gora last weekend. The event is coincided with International Day of Disabled Persons.

Results of 13-th Republican Competition of Families “Nechkebil” were summarized last weekend. The ceremony was held within the walls of the Pyramid Entertainment Center in Kazan.

Tanzilya Zakiyeva, a multi-child mother, Head of the Social Rehabilitation Department of the Complex Social Service in municipal district of Baltasy took the second prize.
