International Day of Disabled Persons in Leninogorsk municipal district

Special event “Kind Hands” coincided with the International Day of Disabled Persons was organized last week by activists of volunteers division of Leninogorsk municipal district in the Complex Social Service Centre.
Clients of the Centre – senior citizens and people with disabilities were invited to take part in master-class How to Make Beautiful New Year’s Tree Using Paper Art Quilling.
