A regular recruitment fair has been organized today by the specialists of the Employment Centre for Vakhitovsky raion of Kazan.

The largest number of people (110) recognized as unemployed over the reporting period from 16 to 22 March 2016 were those dismissed from processing industry companies.

There are 18 505 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of today (151 people less than registered last week). The jobless level in Tatarstan stands at point of 0,9% of economically active population.

Another meeting devoted to celebration of the 71-st Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war 1941-1945 has been recently held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Awarding Ceremony for winners and participants of Professional Orientation Projects Competition has been recently held in the Employment Centre of Yelabuga. The Competition was held in the frames of “Professional Orientation Cinema” Project among schoolchildren of upper forms of raion general schools.

The minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova took part in the workshop devoted to the issues of supervision of employment of professional education institutions’ alumnus. The workshop was initiated by Federal State Statistics Service.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan № 60-ZRT from 24.07.2006 “About disabled employment quotas and reservation of working places for citizens requiring social protection” disabled employment quotas are set for organizations operating in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The specialists of the Kukmor Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities organized a meeting coincided with World Down Syndrome Day. The aim of the meeting was to get together families upbringing children with autistic spectrum disorders and Down syndrome and provide the opportunity to share their personal experience. With the purpose to teach parents to render daily assistance to their children with mental disabilities and answer their questions some lectures on the issue were read.
