Regular employment fair for people out of occupation was recently held on in the Employment Centre for Vakhitovsky district of Kazan with participation of HR-specialists from 10 local enterprises and organizations that offered 589 open jobs in total. 

Regular fire and evacuation drill was recently held in the Complex Social Service Centre in Baltasy municipal district. Prior to the drill, all employees were trained on the evacuation procedures.

Several Career Guidance Programmes are successfully implemented by specialists in professional orientation of the State Employment Service in educational institutions of Bugulma municipal district.

According to specialist in professional orientation, children usually do not have enough enough information, experience and direction to make the right choices of their future profession wisely and need more support and advice.

Several meetings of Guardian Council of social shelters for minors in municipal districts of Alkeyevo and Aksubayevo were held last week. The meetings were held with participation of Juliya Abdreyeva, Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“We can do it together!” Social Project is successfully implemented in social service institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the frames of the Project, fosterlings of the social shelter for minors accompanied with Razina Aapkimova work in the garden set up near the social shelter.

According to specialists, preventing alcohol and drug abuse starts at home. Parents have to teach their children early about the effects of substance abuse, to prevent addiction later in life. The greatest factor influencing a teen’s choice not to use drugs is their parents. It is important that kids and teens have good role models when it comes to alcohol and drug abuse.

Employment Centre of Aksubayevo municipal district offers a variety of "hands-on" courses for unemployed people that teach real skills employers need. Lately, 10 people out of occupation joined professional trainings to acquire a profession of HR manager.

Republican Open Forum for Prevention of Cruelty to Children will be organized in the capital of Tatarstan – Kazan tomorrow, on 25 October 2017. The Forum unites the leading specialists with experience working with children at risk of being abandoned and families in crisis.

In the frames of Republican Social Project PROFF Navigator implemented in educational institutions for children in Tatarstan, 13 professional orientation excursions to local enterprises and organizations were organized by specialists of the Employment Center in September and October 2017. The specialist in professional orientation managed to involved more than 250 pupils of middle school.
