Tatarstan has successfully introduced a model of early intervention on support of children of early age with infringements of development and the limited possibilities.
In days of winter vacation the Naberezhnochelninsky center of social service of the population "Trust" organized visiting of New Year's representations for children from needy, having many children, incomplete families and children with the limited possibilities of health.
Experts of the Laishevsky rehabilitation center for children and teenagers with the limited possibilities have organized and have carried out for the wards a dramatized action «Farewell to a fur-tree».
What can be better in winter, than walk on skis in wood? Such walk for 30 little girls and boys from needy, having many children and incomplete families was organized by social teachers of the Bugulminsky center of social service of the population "Rainbow".
   About six months the Kazan center of social help to a family and children of "Gaile" with assistance of Fund of support of children who are in a difficult life situation, realizes the project «You are not alone».

New Year's holidays were very rich for aged people and invalids living in the Elabuzhsky house-boarding school.
Pupils of the Bugulminsky social shelter for children and teenagers of "Jalkyn" have celebrated the politest holiday in a year – the World day "Thanks".
Wards of the rehabilitation center for children and teenagers with the limited possibilities "Renaissance" were visited with the concert program by pupils of children's Sunday school after Semeon Verhotursky under Kazansko-Bogoroditsky church.
To reduce the intensity on a labour market, last three years in the republic anti-recessionary programs are actively realised.
      In 2010 in Tatarstan the program «Assistance of employment of unoccupied invalids» which is directed on the prevention and preventive maintenance of problems on a labor market is started.
