To reduce the intensity on a labour market, last three years in the republic anti-recessionary programs are actively realised.
If to the beginning of 2011 in Tatarstan there were 37 699 jobless citizens, but thanks to efforts of placement services by the end of the year their number became more than on 9 thousand people less.
The anti-recessionary program on assistance of business and self-employment of jobless citizens had special success. The priority is given to business plans directed to production and rendering of services. Criteria of an estimation of a business plan are economic efficiency, volume of realisation of production and tax revenues, realisation of business in a territory of the city or area and ecological safety of the project. After successful protection of the business plan with a jobless citizen the contract on rendering of the state support on rendering of self-employment concluded.
Since 2009 more than 38 thousand people from Tatarstan, participating in the given program, became businessmen. They also have created additional workplaces. In particular, from 2010 to 2011 they employed almost 10 thousand people consisting on the account in the centres of employment. Benefit in creation of additional workplaces is obvious: on each employed unemployed the grant at a rate of 58 800 roubles is paid. And it is possible to accept about 10 people for employment.
