According to statistics, there are 17 916 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of 8 October (313 people less than as of the last week).

The largest number of people (118) recognized as unemployed over the period from 2 to 8 October were those dismissed from the processing industry companies. A lot of discharges (73) were as well registered among the workers of wholesale and retail trade.

Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection held Coordinating Council of Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Ayrat Khasanov.
