The jobless rate in Tatarstan goes down

According to statistics, there are 17 916 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of 8 October (313 people less than as of the last week).

In total 758 people were recognized as unemployed over the reporting period. Among them, 371 people registered as unemployed were resigned of their own will, 74 people – by reason of          liquidation of organization or staff reduction.

It has to be noted that the unemployment level as a whole is not so high: there are only little more than 17 000 of unemployed people from amongst 2 mln. 50 thous. of economically active population.
