Kadernisa Shafigullina, the resident of Almetyevsk has recently celebrated her 109th birthday. That day she took congratulations from Ayrat Khayrullin, the Head of the Executive Committee who presented the long-liver with the bouquet of flowers and gifts and best wishes.
