Tatarstan has strong lead in financing welfare and safety

Rosstat announced the five subjects of the Russian Federation – leaders by financing welfare and safety measures. The Republic of Tatarstan ranks first, the Republic of Bashkortostan takes the second place, the Perm Territory is the third.
For the last five years due to the measures taken to improve working conditions and labour safety, the Total Incidents Rate descended from 1,6 (2010) to 1,2 (2014) as well as fatality accident rate that dropped down from 0,066 to 0,057.

In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
