Munira Giniyatova, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War - worker on the home front has recently celebrated her 90-th birthday.

A special event for children has been recently organized in the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Bugulminsk yraion. The event was held in the frames of work carrying out in the Republic of Tatarstan to realize social and cultural projects supported by Lukoil Public Company. The games titled Ecological Trail were aimed to increase knowledge about the nature of their native land as well as to foster an attitude of care towards nature.

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection informs. According to the Article №112 of the Labour Code, the 4th of November – The Day of National Unity is declared to be a non-working day (holiday). In obedience to the Law 1448-XII of 19 February 1992 “Holidays and commemorative dates”, the 6th of November – The Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan is set as an additional non-working day (holiday).

An official invitation to the conference devoted to problems of the older generation sent by the Committee on Social Security of the Leningrad Oblast has been recently accepted by the Ministry officials.

A meeting devoted to the results of fulfilling the Decree № 6 About Setting Quotafor the Employment of Disabled People and Reserved Working Places for People in Need of Social Protection in 2015 has been recently held by the specialists of the Employment Centre of Zelenodolsk.

A regular employment fair for people without occupation and people of preretirement age will be held by the specialists of the Employment Centre of Atnya on October 27, 2015.

A special meeting has been recently held by the specialists of the Mobile Office of  Mendeleyevsk Employment Centre in penal colony № 10.

Another charitable action under the slogan Warm Hearts has been recently organized by the specialists of the Complex Social Service Centre of Vyisokogorsky raion. The organizers collected used clothing and distributed it among families in need.

The students of the Faculty of Biology of Elabuga Institute of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University in cooperation with the volunteers have visited the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities.
