The Day of National Unity and Th Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan declared to be holidays

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection informs.

According to the Article №112 of the Labour Code, the 4th of November – The Day of National Unity is declared to be a non-working day (holiday).

In obedience to the Law 1448-XII of 19 February 1992 “Holidays and commemorative dates”, the 6th of November – The Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan is set as an additional non-working day (holiday).

As 3 and 5 November are pre-holiday days, duration of the working day will be cut by 1 hour in accordance with the Article №95 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.

SoThe Day of National Unity and The Constitution Day of the Republic of Tatarstan declared to be holidays.

If necessary, the employers can make up an individual activity timetable in accordance with Articles 113 and 153 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
