Regular visits to families at risk registered on social patronage at the Home Care Department of the Complex Social Service Centre of Nizhnekamsk municipal district were organized last week by social workers of the Centre.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About disabled employment quotas and reservation of working places for citizens requiring social protection” and Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan  “About regulation on the arrangements of establishing disabled employment quotas in organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan” disabled employment quotas are set for organizations operating in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Several interdepartmental raids to families at risk registered on social patronage in Nizhnekamsk Social Assistance Centre were held prior to New Year holidays in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. Among the members of the interdepartmental commission were specialists of juvenile affairs commission, social workers of Nizhnekamsk Social Assistance Centre, head of Makarovo village settlement. During the raids there were 5 families inspected in total.

The first video-conference has been held today in the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. the meeting was held with participation of heads of territorial bodies and subordinate authorities, heads of Territorial Social Security Offices of each municipal district of Tatarstan.

Regular meeting of specialists in social rehabilitation has been recently held in social shelter for minors in Pestretsy. Among the participants of the meeting were Natalya Litsovaya, the secretary of the juvenile affairs commission of Laishevo municipal district, specialists of Social Assistance Department for Family and Children of the Complex Social Service Centre Olga Afanasyeva and Liliya Syitova.

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding the New Year holidays in 2017 announces the following.

Today, a meeting with Elena Glinskaya, head of the Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for Yelabuga municipal district has been held in local residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities.

There are 14 454 people registered as unemployed with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan as of 20 December 2016 (356 people more in comparison to showings of the last week).The jobless level in Tatarstan stands at the point of 0,7% of economically active population.

There have been 123 former employees of processing industry companies registered as unemployed by the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan for the period from14 to 20 December 2016. Therewith 94 workers of public service and defense sector missed their jobs and signed up for unemployment benefits.
