Due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan several corporate debtors cleared arrears in payments for an overall amount of 3 965 000 rubles in January 2017.

In the frames of work on professional orientation of schoolchildren performed by specialists of Employment Centre in Almetyevsk, an excursion for 12 schoolchildren of Almetyevsk Secondary General School №25 was recently held within the walls of the above mentioned establishment.

Another group training for children aged 8-11 years having difficulties in social adaptation was recently held by psychologist of Social Assistance Department for Family and Children of the Complex Social Service Centre of Kazan for Aviastroitelny district with the aim to prevent tobacco smoking, alcohol abuse, drug addiction among children.

There are 14 538 people registered as unemployed with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan as of 11 January 2017  (197 people more in comparison to showings of the last week). The jobless level in Tatarstan stands at the point of 0,71% of economically active population.

As of 11 January 2017 the number of unemployed registered with the State Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan increased by 73 people over the last week and amounted to 1 787 people out of occupation in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

Several interdepartmental raids to families at risk registered on social patronage in Social Assistance Centre Department of the Complex Social Service Centre were held prior to New Year holidays in Tetyushi municipal district.
