Alcoholism in modern Russia is a very serious problem. All-Russian Day of Sobriety is supposed to be a good occasion to target people for a healthy lifestyle and refuse alcohol consumption.

8-9 September, 2018, “Territory of trades” Professional Orientation Forum was held in Yelabuga municipal district. The event was held in the summer holiday amp for children “The Young Builder”. The Forum was organized by Yelabuga City Employment Center. Among partners of the event were several major district enterprises and organizations, Alabuga Special Economic Zone, resource centers, vocational schools, the University of Talents and other.

Due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with law-enforcement authorities, regulatory and supervisory authorities, tax authorities in September 2018, several corporate debtors operating in the territory of Tatarstan cleared arrears in payments.

According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, young mothers having lived in rural areas of Tatarstan for not less than 3 years, which born a baby after 1 January 2018 can get social welfare payment. Mothers aged under 25 years old having born the first baby will receive 50 000 rubles. Those under 29 years old having born the third baby will be paid 100 000 rubles.

6 September, 1018, the Third Chess and Checker Tournament was opened in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was held within the frames of the War – Patriotic Camp “Robinzon” on the territory of the recreation center "Berezhok" in Naberezhnye Chelny. The Tournament was traditionally held among fosterlings of the republican social institutions for children.

September 6, 2018 a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Raising of Living Standards was held in District Administration of Bugulma.

 “Way to Yourself” Youth Club was established by specialists in social work of the Complex Social Service Centre in Zainsk municipal district about five years ago. The main aim of the club is to provide psychological assistance to women who bring up children with disabilities.

The Republican military-patriotic rally "Robinson" among pupils of social shelter for children and adolescents of the Republic of Tatarstan has been held today on the territory of the recreation center "Berezhok" in Naberezhnye Chelny.

6 September 2018, the Mobile Office of Zelenodolsk Employment Center visited the Executive Committee of the Aishinsky rural settlement.

September 4, several interdepartmental raids to households of citizens of a socially unprotected group were organized in municipal district of Tetyushi. The aim of the raids was to inspect housing and living conditions of the households to ensure they were ready for a heating season.
