Level of public awareness about E-services rendered in social sphere examined in Kazan

A special social research was conducted by specialists of Nizhnekamsk Social Assistance Centre for Family and Children in November 2016. The aim of the opinion poll was to determine the level of public awareness about E-services rendered in social sphere. Among other questions those surveyed were ask about filing application for money compensation of payments for pre-school institution online as well as for child allowance paid till 16 years.
According to specialists, the research revealed that social service recipients supposed filing application on Common Government Services Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan to be convenient.
