Social and cultural event for mentally-retarded children

June 9, 10, several social and cultural events for children with mental disabilities were held in children’s asylums of Verkhniye Otary and Derbyishki. The events were organized with the help volunteers – students of Kazan State University of Culture and Arts and Kazan Federal University and were coincided with the Children's Day.

The events were held under supervision of the specialists of the Republican Information and Methodology Social Service Centre. In the frames of the events an art-therapy project “Singing Claws” was practically tested and endorsed.
