Employment Center of Vyisokaya Gora audited by Ministry specialists

January, 18 - 26, the authorized officials of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection had carried out a scheduled inspection of public services delivering by the Job centre of  Vyisokaya Gora in the field of employment and registering disabled people as unemployed. The aim of the audit was to estimate the results of works performed by the Employment Centre specialists to correct the violations discovered during the previous check.

The audit was conducted in accordance with the Monistry Order № 4 from 12.01.2016  with the aim to check well the conformity of the Employment Center’ activity with the demands of national legislation in the field of rendering public services and registering handicapped people as unemployed. As the result some violations of The Law of the Russian Federation “Concerning Employment in the Russian Federation” concerning the discrepancy between the information from the public service recipients register and actual results of the works, determination of the period of unemployment benefit payment, organization of paid relief works were discovered.

Inspection acts and instructions to rectify discovered violations will be done on the results of the audit.
