Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency Contest – 2014

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation has recently summarized the results of the Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency Contest – 2014. The main goals of the Contest – identification of Russian organizations which reach high social efficiency in solving social problems, studying and promoting best practices, developing different forms of social partnership. In total the jury determined 38 winners in different nominations. 3 participants were honored with the highest award - Grand Prix. The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by OAO Russian Helicopters, The Institute of Economics, Management and Law, ZAO Kazan Giproniiaviaprom in the following nominations:  For development of personnel potential at industrial organizations; For development of personnel potential at non-industrial organizations;  For development of social partnership at industrial organizations.
