A meeting devoted to the issues of disabled employment in consideration for established hiring quota for disabled job applicants and reserved workplaces was held in Almetyevsk. Among the participants were the deputy Head of Executive Committee on health care and social protection Ravil Khayrullin, specialists of the Employment Centre, employers, media personnel.
This year the disability-hiring quota is set for 21 enterprises with the aim to give employment to 69 people with disabilities. As of today, 31 handicapped persons were employed, 6 workplaces were reserved and 3 people with disabilities were employed. Minsagit Nasertdinov, the head of the Employment Centre made a detailed report about the works performed on reserving the workplaces for people with disabilities and to take up the quota. According to him, there are 113 people with disabilities registered as unemployed with the Employment Centre, 46 of them are women.
The disability-hiring quota is taken up in full by the following companies and organizations: ООО URS Trading House (8 disabled people were employed), ANU ОАО Nefteavtomatika, Almetyevsk polytechnic college, ОАО Almetyevsk Plant Radiopribor, ОАО APOPAT with 1 employed disabled person per each named above.
The positive trend is observed at ОАО Almetyevsk-Vodokanal, Municipal Unitary Enterprise GUAD, АМU ОАО Tatelectromontazh, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Svetservice, autonomous public health care institution Emergency Ward, autonomous public health care institution Almetyevsk polyclinic № 3, ОАО Almetyevsk tube plant, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Almetyevsk Transport Department. They purchase the equipment for layout of workspace for the persons with disabilities.
In the nearest time, reimbursement amounts for layout of workspace for disabled person by the employers will be increased up to 100 000 rubles. As of today, the amount of compensation is 69 300 rubles. Additional Agreements will be completed with the employers after the corresponding normative act will have been entered into legal force.
The report states that the current Law about disability-hiring quota arrangement and reservation the workplaces allows the employers to here disabled job applicants without intermediary of the Employment Centre. At the same time all the employers in this case should inform the Employment Centre about each labor contract concluded with disabled job applicant according to set disability-hiring
