Another festive event for children coincided with the start of the new school year was recently organized for the fosterlings of the social shelter for minors in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was held under slogan “Back to School!” and gathered more than 20 minors.

Members of Nizhnekamsk Union of Realtors took part in “Help Children to Get Ready for School” Campaign annually organized in the territory of all municipal districts of the republic of Tatarstan with the aim to attract sponsors and support needy families.

Social teachers together with fosterlings of the social shelter for minors recalled Beslan school victims in moment of silence. The event was coincided with the Day of Solidarity in the Fight Against Terrorism annually marked on 3 September in Russia.

More than 100 children – fosterlings of the specialized institutions for minors aged 10 -17 years are expected to take part in the war-patriotic camp-fire Robinson that will be opened on 7 September 2017 in Naberezhnye Chelny. According to organizers, the main aims of the event are to prevent juvenile delinquency, child neglect and homelessness, patriotic education and promotion of healthy life-style.

Regular round-table meeting devoted to employment of people with disabilities and socially unprotected groups was recently held within the walls of the Executive Committee of Chistopol municipal district. The meeting was opened with the report of Rasima Nurgatina, deputy head of Chistopol Employment Centre.

Specialist in social work of the Complex Social Service Centre of Vysokaya Gora municipal district recently paid several visits to their clients – senior citizens living along in distant villages of Aybashi, Chepchugi, Berezkino and Dubyazy. The visits were organized in the frames of an annual “Autumn of Good Deeds” Campaign traditionally coincided with International Day of Older Persons.

Several cultural events for children coincided with Kazan Town Day annually marked on 30 August were organized by specialists in social work of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Kazan.

30 August 2017, within celebrations of Kazan Town Day, a special inclusive festival “Town of Open Hearts” will be opened in the territory of Tatar sloboda. The idea of the Festival belongs to Creative Inclusive Studio “E-motion”, Youth Culture Centre, Museum named after Konstantin Vasiliyev and Kazan Department of Culture.

Employment Centre of Zainsk municipal district offers a variety of "hands-on" courses for unemployed people that teach real skills employers need. Lately, 10 people out of occupation joined professional trainings to acquire a profession of forklift driver.
