Several events coincided with the World Temperance Day annually observed on 3 October worldwide have been held today in the Rehabilitation Centre for People with Disabilities in municipal district of Naberezhnye Chelny. The events held under slogan “Healthy People – Healthy Future” gathered fifteen people – clients of the Centre.

Digital resources are widely used in the sector, challenging the notion that social care and technology don’t mix. Specialists in social work of the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities prove the statement in their daily work.

A new building of residential facility for mentally-retarded children has been opened today in village of Verkhniye Otary in Saby municipal district. The opening ceremony was visited by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova and Head of Saby municipal district Rais Minnikhanov.

Annual republican chess & checkers children’s tournament was recently held within the frames of the War-patriotic Camp-fire Robinson in Naberezhnye Chelny municipal district. The tournament gathered more than 30 sportsmen – fosterlings of social service institutions for children from several municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Another career guidance programme for schoolchildren titled “Introduction in Profession” got started in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. The programe established by specialists in professional orientation of the Government Employment Service will be based at Nizhnekamsk Agroindustrial College. Participants of the Programme will get a chance to acquire a profession of hairdresser, car mechanic, welder.

Ayrat Khayrullin, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation yesterday paid a visit to the Complex Social Service Centre in Zainsk municipal district.

Several career guidance lessons for schoolchildren of Public General Schools № 2 and № 3 were recently organized by specialists of the State Employment Service for Mendeleyevsk municipal district.

Due to work performed by the Republican Inter-Departmental Commission for Living Standards, Labour and Foreign Workers in the Republic of Tatarstan in September 2017 two corporate debtors operating in the territory of Chistopol municipal district cleared arrears in payments for an overall amount of 1434,303 thousand rubles.

In the frames of Year of Ecology 2017 several “Ecological raids” were organized in Baltasy municipal district by activists of local volunteers’ division in cooperation with Natalya Zakirova, social teacher of the Complex social Service Centre .
