A.V.Vovchenko, Deputy minister of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation during a day working visit Dec. 13 in Kazan paid a call on Kazan rehabilitation center for children with disabilities Solnechny and took part in a "get-real" meeting complete a project of a new building of the centre.

At the moment the number of vacancies reported by employers (33365 in total, 2934 of them over the period from 3 to 10 December) is twice the number of unemployed registered with the government employment service in Tatarstan (17385 in total).

The jobless rate fell to 0,85% over the reporting period from 3 to 10 December in comparison to the last week rate of 0,86%.

A special career fair for jobless people and all-comers was organized in the job centre of Zelenodolsk.

Mendeleyevsk Social Service Centre the Coast of Hope became the winner of the Republican Contest Non-government Initiative – 2013 in the category Social adaptation of people with disabilities and their families including occupational therapy. Flour & Salt Club was awarded a grant.

Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 1 serious industrial accident and 1 group cases were registered over the period from 29 November to 6 December.

The career fair for people with disabilities was organized by the specialist of the Placement Service in Almetyevsk.

The number of people registered as unemployed with the government employment service as of today totals 17 585. The jobless rate this week stands at 0,87%.
According to statistics, there are 17 585 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of 3 December (123 people less than as of the last week).
