All-Russian campaign “A week without turnstiles” annually held in Tatarstan this year was started in Zelenodolsk municipal district. Special excursion to town-forming plant named after A.M. Gorky for high-school students of Gymnasium №3 was organized by specialists of the City Employment Centre. Most of the children saw production workshops for the first time ever.

Another career orientation event “My profession is my future!” was recently held in Nizhnekamsk municipal district. Among participants of the event were 60 pupils of middle forms from Secondary School No. 36. At the meeting specialist in professional orientation of the Employment Center E. Sablina gave detailed information about the services provided by the Employment Centre, professions of high demand on labour market of Nizhnekamsk. In addition, participants of the meeting were offered to pass professional orientation tests. Each child received personnel recommendations.

At the next Nordic walking lesson, clients of the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities went to a birch grove to combine a pleasant pastime with useful physical exercises.

“Day of State Employment Service” was recently organized in Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Zelenodolsk municipal district by specialists of City Employment Centre. The event was attended by parents of children undergoing rehabilitation. In the process of individual interviews, specialist in occupational guidance of the City Employment Centre gave some advice regarding professional orientation of young adults. Participants of the meeting discussed as well problems of living conditions that face children with disabilities in their daily life. All parents were supplied with booklets containing information regarding state services rendered by the Employment Centre. Vocational training, retraining and self-employment turned to be issues of special interest.

Territorial Social Security Offices throughout the Republic of Tatarstan keep on accepting claims for the First Baby Benefit - social safety net mechanism introduced by Russian President Vladimir Putin since 1 January 2018. As of 16 September 2018, 4 025  residents of Tatarstan were granted First Baby Benefit.

According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, young mothers having lived in rural areas of Tatarstan for not less than 3 years, which born a baby after 1 January 2018 can get social welfare payment. Mothers aged under 25 years old having born the first baby will receive 50 000 rubles. Those under 29 years old having born the third baby will be paid 100 000 rubles.

Young fosterlings of the social shelter for minors recently took part in fitness and health recreation event organized by specialists in social work of the shelter in municipal district of Pestretsy.

19-22 October 2018, specialists of the private educational institution “Erudit-Seldom” held a lesson on vocational guidance with students of upper forms of Municipal Budgetary General Education Institution Sarmanovo Gymnasium and Sarmanovo Secondary School.

Elmira Zaripova - Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan recently visited Almetyevsk municipal district with the aim to meet with its residents.

Regular employment fair for residents of Vakhitovsky territorial district will be held tomorrow, on 24 October 2018 in Kazan. The fair will be organized in cooperation with HR specialists from ten enterprises and organizations.
