Supervision for social workers in Vysokaya Gora municipal district

Regular supervision for social workers was recently organized by specialists of Social Assistance Department of the Complex Social Service Centre in Vysokaya Gora municipal district. The event was held in cooperation with specialists of the Resource Centre of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. the Supervision was focused on topical issues of social patronage.

The Supervision gathered 23 specialists of Social Assistance Departments from seven municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. According to specialists, the purpose of supervision is to enhance the social worker’s professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in providing quality care. It aids in professional growth and development and improves outcomes.
