Summer Employment Program for minors implemented in Bugulma

Summer Employment Program has been opened today for 150 young residents of Bugulma municipal district that will be engaged in general improvement and landscaping works, cleaning of surrounding grounds, urban gardening.
OOO TNG-Group and Bugulma Teacher Training College became leaders in number of minors hired for summer period. The last one took on 20 children as roustabouts.
In accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, labor compensation paid by employers to schoolchildren has to equal to or be more than minimum rate of payment for labour set by federal labour legislation in proportion to time worked. Minors employed through the intermediary of the Employment Centre are paid financial support in amount of 1 275 rubles.
