Career guidance lessons given by Riaz Yarullin, Head of the Employment Centre

Several career guidance lessons for fosterlings of the social shelter for minors were held in Pestretsy municipal district in June. The lessons were given by Riaz Yarullin, Head of the Employment Centre and Alsy Vyilegzhanova, psychologist of the Centre. The lessons were held in the frames of the Republican Social Project “We can do it together” implemented in social institutions of Tatarstan.

According to Riaz Yarullin, career support is particularly important for those young people who come from families where adults are in low-skill, low-pay employment. Career guidance contributes to social mobility by providing access to information, experiences and networks that can support young people to consider taking paths that no one from their family has ever trodden.
