Professional excursion to Central District Hospital in Yelabuga

Another professional orientation excursion to Yelabuga Central District Hospital was recently organized for children – clients of the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Yelabuga municipal district. The event was held in the frames of Living a New Life without Drugs Campaign annually held in Tatarstan.

During the excursion the children were acquainted with hospital departments, working hours of different specialists. The excursion was ended with meeting with drug therapist. The children learned that the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
