Social adaptation and psychological support of unemployed residents of Kukmor

Several meetings with unemployed people having higher educational attainment or intermediate vocational education and looking around for a job were held on 5 and 6 June 2017 by specialists of Kukmor Employment Centre in cooperation with psychologist of OOO MasterProfi. The aim of the meetings was to assist such people in social adaptation and render psychological support.

At the meetings, among others, some issues of job interviews on the telephone were discussed. The specialists points out, that while a person is job searching, it's important to be prepared for a phone interview on a moment's notice. Many companies start the interview process with a phone call to discuss the job opportunity with a prospective employee to determine if the candidate is a good fit, and to gauge his or her interest in the job.
