“Tugan Tel” Tatar Poetry Competition
In the frames of the specialized exhibition “World of Childhood” that was held in Kazan Fair Exhibition and Trade Centre in Kazan, “Tugan Tel” Tatar Poetry Competition was organized by Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with specialists of the Republican Information and Methodology Social Service Centre. The Competition was coincided with the International Mother Language Day annually celebrated in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Competition attracted 25 participants – fosterlings of 16 social shelters for minors from across Tatarstan. competitors recited poetry in Russian, Tatar, English and Chuvash language.
Having summarized the results of the Competition, all the participants received diplomas and memorable gifts sponsored by bookshop “Chitay-gorod”.
