72 Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war celebrated in Leninogorsk

Another charitable action coincided with the 72 Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war was recently held by social workers of the Home Care Department of the Complex Social Service Centre for Leninogorsk municipal district.

The aim of the action that would last till the end of the month was to gentrify burial places of city cemeteries where veterans of the Great Patriotic war were buried. Social workers gentrified burial places of honorary citizen of Leninogorsk – Mikhail Moryakov and his wife Valentina Moryakova.

As for rural areas of Leninogorsk municipal district, an annual charitable action “Road to obelisk” was organized there. The aim of the action was to gentrify Military Glory monuments. It should be noted that such action year by year attract more and more participants. In each town or village the residents come to pay tribute to those died fighting for home and country.
