72nd Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war celebrated in Kazan

Special event coincided with the 72nd Anniversary of Victory in the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic war will be held within the walls of Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Musa Jalil on 8 May 2017.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mnitimer Shaymiev, the State Councilor of the Republic of Tatarstan, Boris Kuznetsov, Hero of the Soviet Union, veteran of the Great Patriotic War are expected to be among the honorary guests.
More than 400 participants – war veterans and workers on home fronts from across the Republic of Tatarstan are invited to take part in the event.
