Acceptance of applications for participation in All – Russian Public Prize Contest “Key Word” remains open

Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs about the following. The final date of acceptance of applications for participation in All – Russian Public Prize Contest “Key Word”is 15 May 2017.

All – Russian Public Prize“Key Word” has been established this year by the Federal Agency for Nationality Affairs. The Public Prize is aimed at preservation of national languages from becoming unknown, proving Russia to be multicultural and multilingual country. According to linguists, language is an important part of any society, because it enables people to communicate and express themselves. When a language dies out, future generations lose a vital part of the culture that is necessary to completely understand it.

TheContestincludes 6 nominations: “Best Multimedia Project”, “Best Editorial Project”, “Best Scientific Project”, “Best Social Initiative”, “For promotion of Russian language internationally”, “For Special Services”.
