First Social service telephone helpline opened in Tatarstan

Social service helplinewill be opened in Tatarstan on 26 April 2017 upon an initiative ofWomen’s Parliamentary Union “Merkhemed – Mercy” and Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. A help line is a service which provides listening and emotional support to anyone in distress, in an individual, family or psycho-social crisis, who is asking for support, and could be feeling lonely, isolated, unhappy, frightened, worried, in shock or suicidal.
The hotline working hours: from 08.00a.m. to 07.00p.m. Social service telephone helpline numbers: 236-00-71, 236-40-17, 236-40-62.
