Meeting of Governmental Committee for the Affairs of Minors and Protection of Their Rights in KamskiyePolyany

Offsite meeting of the Governmental Committee for the Affairs of Minors and Protection of Their Rights was recently held in Nizhnekamsk. Natalya Emelyanova, psychologist of Nizhnekamsk Social Assistance Centre for Family and Children in her report informed members of the Committee and participants of the meeting about “death groups” at social networking sites, their structure and functions.

She dwelt upon ways of involving minors in such “death groups”, tasks they receive, explained that in most cases it was very hard or even impossible to leave a “death group”. In the end of the report the speaker gave her recommendations that would help parents understand that their child in trouble, mentioned organizations operating in the territory of the Russian Federation and Republic of Tatarstan that render assistance to those who in dangerous situation.
