Pilot project “Foster home for senior citizen” discussed in Naberezhnye Chelny

Specialists of Complex Social Service Centre of NaberezhnyeChelny took part in round table discussion organized upon an initiative of the Council of Veterans of Avtozavodskoy districts of NaberezhnyeChelny.

Tatyana Fassakhova, Head of the Home Care Department for Avtozavodskoy districts made a report containing statistics of rendered social services and number of clients – senior citizens and people with disabilities.

GuseliyaSalikhova, legal expert of the Centre expanded on a topic of execution of the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 31.08.2016 №604 “Regarding Pilot Project “Foster home for senior citizens” that had come into force on 1 January 2017. The speaker named population categories that could have an opportunity to be adopted, terms and procedures of starting an adoptive family.
