Patriotic education of children in Menzelinsk

Another lesson for children “Who is patriot” was recently given by specialists of Social Assistance Department of Menzelinsk Social Service Centre in the frames of the social programme “Heritage” implemented in social institutions of Tatarstan.
Among the participants of the event were children from families at risk having difficulties in social adaptation. The children watched a documentary giving a definition of the world “patriotism” with great interest, took part in discussions, made up a portrait of “patriot”. In the end of the lesson the children were supplied with tips about how to become a patriot.

In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
