Winners of the Third Republican Competition “Perl of Tatarstan” among women with disabilities decided in Kazan

This year the Competition gathered 10 participants from such towns as Kazan, Yelabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, as well as villages of Bogatye Sabyi and Kamskoye Ustye.

The event was held with participation of  Elmira Zaripova, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Leyla Fazleyeva, Assistant to President of the Republic of Tatarstan for Social Affairs that came to greet the competitresses.

“Pearl of Tatarstan” Regional Non-government Organization of Disabled People became the organizer of the eventheld with the assistance of the Republican Charity Council, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
