Changes to labour legislation discussed in Avtograd

Annual seminar for employers, specialists of zonal working group, specialists of the government employment service was recently held in the Employment Centre in Naberezhnye Chelny. The aim of the seminar was to introduce its participants to changes in labour and employment legislation that would be made next year.
According to specialist of the Employment Centre it was the second seminar held in 2016. This time the event gathered more than 70 participants.
The agenda of the seminar included discussing of the last changes to labour legislation made in 2016, obligation of implementation of professional standerts requirements in employer-employee relations, responsibility for labour violations and other issues.
