Proactive training of AO Commercial Financial Company KAMAZ employees

With the aim to take additional actions on easing tension on labour market of the Republic of Tatarstan, proactive training of 133 part-time employees of AO Commercial Financial Company KAMAZ was organized by specialists of Employment Centre in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Attendants of proactive training are educated on the following educational programmes: Management tools implemented in productive process, Improvement in the quality of production and manufacturing process. Visual monitoring of colour, Waste management techniques, Instruments and technologies of dealership network development, Improvement in the quality of production and manufacturing process. Methods of inner and outer audits and procedures, certification of quality management systems against requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2015 and GOST 0015-003.
