Occupational orientation project “Ticker to future”

OAO Chistopol Watch Factory Vostok last week was visited by schoolchildren of General Secondary School №16. The excursion was organized by specialists of Chistopol Employment Centre in the frames of the occupational orientation project “Ticker to future”. Ivan Grachev, head of the enterprise became a guide that conducted the schoolchildren round the workshops with the aim to acquaint them with up-to-date methods and technologies, modern equipment.

During the excursion the children visited four workshops where they were demonstrated technical process of making wrist watches. After that the children were divided in several groups to take part in master-classes devoted to different professions: turner, miller, assembler, controller, picker, drillman, machine minder, mechanical technician.
