Work of caseworkers checked by specialists of Home Care Department

Specialists of Home Care Department of the Complex Social Service Centre checked the quality of services rendered by social workers taking care for senior citizens and people with disabilities living in rural areas. The specialists visited 18 citizens in total.
Upon the results of the audit it was found out that all the senior citizens and people with disabilities served by caseworkers were satisfied with the quality of the services, not a single complaint was registered. Vice versa, the senior citizens expressed their thanks to social workers.
All the citizens were instructed in fire safety rules and supplied with informational booklets.
