Occupational orientation of convicts in correctional institutions of Bugulma

Regular meeting with convicted inmates that were going to be released from prison was recently held by specialist of the Mobile Office of Bugulma Employment Centre at pretrial detention centre№3. The aim of the visit was to assist convicts in future employment.

Participants of the meeting were offered to past professional orientation tests on computers to determine professional sphere appropriate for their personal qualities, interests, skills, education level and professional skills. The meeting gathered 7 convicted in mates, 4 of them – minors.
