Pilot project “Foster family for senior citizens” implemented in Naberezhnye Chelny

Meeting with participation of territorial public self-government bodies devoted to some issues of implementation in the Republic of Tatarstan of a pilot project “Foster family for senior citizens” was recently held by Tatyana Fassakhova, head of the Home Care Department of the Complex Social Service Centre in Naberezhnye Chelny.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed by its participants: categories of citizens that could be taken to foster family, recovery of living expenses for receiving party, procedures for the monitoring of living conditions and psychological climate inside foster families.
