A group training focused on developing ability to handle stress was held by psychologists of Social Assistance Department of Kazan Social Service Centre. The target audience of the training was minors aged 10 – 16 years that have difficulties in social adaptation and those upbringing in families at risk.
According to specialists, such trainings help children to deal with stress without using banned substances as well as develop ability to make “positive alternative choice” in times of hardship. The children were taught how to take a detached view of the situation without involving into and learned how stress influences their bodies and minds.
