“The Third Age” Spartakiad

Sport complex “Olimp” has today hosted an opening ceremony of “The Third Age” Spartakiad. Among the high guests of the event were the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova, First Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan Khalil Shaykhutdinov.

It has been the sixth Spartakiad for senior citizens held this year. The Minister Elmira Zaripova showed her appreciation to senior citizens for their active position, courage and force of character. “It would not be possible to organize such an event without your enthusiasm”, said the Minister.

It should be noted that VI Republican “The Third Age” Spartakiad among senior citizens was coincided with the 71-th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic war.
