Problems of victims of Chernobyl NPP accident discussed in Kazan

A round table discussion devoted to 30-th Anniversary of Chernobyl NPP accident has been held today in the Republican Centre of Socially Oriented Nonprofit Organizations.
During the meeting the participants discussed issues of importance for those people who were exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at Chernobyl NPP.
It should be noted that in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “Concerning the Social Protection of Citizens Who Were Exposed to Radiation as a Result of the Disaster at the Chernobyl NPP” 2 375 residents of the Republic of Tatarstan receive measures of social defense.
