2 395 open positions over last reporting week in Tatarstan

There are 18 656 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of March 15. The jobless level in Tatarstan stands at 0,9% of economically active population.

The number of vacancies that had been reported by the employers over the reporting period to the government employment service amounted to 23 699 (2 395 over the last week).

1 186 people were registered as unemployed over the period from 9 to 15 March 2016 by the republican employment service. Among people that lost their jobs 527 were dismissed on their own responsibility, 87 – by reason of liquidation of organization or stuff reduction and decrease in personnel.
