The largest number of people (218) recognized as unemployed by the state employment service over the reporting period from March 2 – 8, 2016 were those dismissed from processing industry companies.
In other economic activities as of the end of the week the situation was as follows: 81workerslost their jobs at wholesale and retail trade companies, 24 - in construction sphere, 39 - real estate business, 16 - in the transport and communication sector, 25 - financial sector, 20 - in housing and municipal services, 23 – education sphere, 11 - in public health service, 31 – agricultural sector, 12 – at public administration and defence, 8 - in HoReCa business, 9 – in mineral production sector, 8 - in power industry companies.

In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
